10 dental group leaders to know

A former executive with Cancer Treatment Centers of America who became the leader of a 300-office DSO and nine other dental group leaders to know:

 John Button. CEO and Co-founder of CollectiveCare Dental (Moorestown, N.J.). Mr. Button co-founded CollectiveCare Dental in 2013. He previously was a senior executive at a healthcare consulting company that served medical and dental practitioners in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. 

Manu Chaudhry, DDS. President of Capitol Dental Care (Salem, Ore.). Dr. Chaudhry has been president of Capitol Dental Care since 2020. He has more than a decade of experience serving in leadership positions at various healthcare companies, including as a managing doctor at Orange, Calif.-based Western Dental from 2011 until 2016.

Adam Ditto. CEO of Foundation Dental Partners (Alpharetta, Ga.). Mr. Ditto has led Foundation Dental Partners since 2019. He previously served in business development and operations positions with dental companies such as Colorado Springs, Colo.-based practice management group Hero Practice Services and Atlanta-based DSO Benevis.

Leigh Feenburg. CEO of Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners (Plymouth Meeting, Pa.). Mr. Feenburg was promoted to CEO in 2021 after serving as the company's COO for several years. He joined the company after serving as vice president of operations for Great Expressions Dental Centers. 

Gene Kirtser. CEO of Affordable Care (Morrisville, N.C.). Mr. Kirtser oversees an organization with about 400 practices in 42 states. He has more than 25 years of diverse business experience in the healthcare industry, previously serving 10 years as president and CEO of ROi, a healthcare supply chain company.

Nathan Kupperman, DMD. Founder and CFO of Nak Dental Group (Tallahassee, Fla.). Dr. Kupperman founded Nak Dental Group in 2018. The DSO currently supports five dental locations in northwest Florida. 

Adesh Ramchandran. President and CEO Great Expressions Dental Centers (Southfield, Mich.). Mr. Ramchandran has been president and CEO since 2019. He previously served as CEO and COO of the Boca Raton, Fla.-based Cancer Treatment Centers of America. GEDC has a network of 300 offices and more than 900 dentists and dental hygienists.

Craig Saltzman, DMD. CEO of Affinity Dental Management (Holyoke, Mass.). Dr. Saltzman has led Affinity Dental since 2017. He has a special expertise in endodontics and root canal therapy. He leads a dental group with partner practices in Connecticut, New York, Vermont and Massachusetts.

Dana Soper. CEO and Co-founder of Cordental Group (Cincinnati). Ms. Soper co-founded Cordental Group with Steven Jones, the company's chief development officer. She is credited with having more than 25 years of experience founding, acquiring, integrating and growing healthcare-related businesses 

Greg White, DMD. President and CEO of PepperPointe Partnerships (Lexington, Ky.). Dr. White has led the DSO since 2017. He is a practicing orthodontist and an owner of White, Greer & Maggard Orthodontics, a 20-office practice in Kentucky.
