US Oral Surgery Management CEO honored with Defense Department award

Richard Hall, president and CEO of Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management, is the recipient of the U.S. Department of Defense’s Patriot Award, the management services organization said March 15.

The award is bestowed by the Defense Department’s Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve program. The honor recognizes employers and supervisors for their support of employees who serve in the National Guard or Reserve.

Mr. Hall, a former Marine, was nominated for the award by Michael Ray, DDS, of Oral Surgery Associates of North Texas, a five-location partner practice of USOSM. Dr. Ray served on active duty in the Navy from 1999-2010 and has since served in the Navy Reserves, holding the rank of captain.
