Oakpoint has acquired a North Carolina dental practice.
The private equity-backed DSO acquired the nonclinical assets of Wendell (N.C.) Family Dentistry, a general dentistry practice led by Heath Brantley, DDS, according to a May 4 news release.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Oakpoint said its goals for 2022 include bringing in $100 million in affiliated practice revenue and adding more than 10 affiliate dental practices.
