Mr. Kim is tasked with seeking out partnerships and ensuring a smooth transition during the merger and acquisition process, according to a May 19 news release.
Mr. Kim has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare, including working with large hospital systems and physician-owned practices spanning multiple specialties. His most recent role was vice president of business development at Comprehensive EyeCare Partners, a private equity-backed eye care platform.
