Carrollton, Texas-based MB2 Dental has launched its own foundation, the MB2 Family Foundation.
The purpose of the foundation is to provide financial support to employees who experience an unforeseen hardship, such as extended illness or injury, according to a July 14 news release. Donations will also be made to charities at the request of employees.
Funds will be raised through MB2 Dental partners and team members taking optional paycheck deductions and fundraising events held by the company, the release said.
