“It’s interesting, because the medical office class and asset class is really the most coveted right now in the retail and commercial sector,” Jim Shiebler, a broker with Marcus & Millichap who brokered the deal, told Gulfshore Business. “They’re also destination tenants that are fortified. They are really e-commerce, recession and pandemic resistant.”
