From a joint venture to a new 24-location dental group, here are four major DSO moves Becker's has reported on since Dec. 1:
1. Pacific Dental Services and Fountain Valley, Calif.-based MemorialCare formed a joint venture to integrate dental and medical care.
2. U.S. Oral Surgery Management completed a funding round resulting in a $125 million credit expansion.
3. Endodontic Practice Partners landed a $100 million debt facility from Twin Brook Capital Partners.
4. PepperPointe Partnerships formed a new 24-location dental group practice in Virginia. The formation is a partnership with 11 orthodontic and pediatric dental practices, 15 dentist partners and 24 office locations across the state.
