DSOs are continuing to expand their networks in Pennsylvania as the state is targeted for its opportunities to expand access to care.
Pennsylvania is currently one of the most active states for DSOs this year.
Here are four DSOs who have recently added new offices in the state:
1. Hackensack, N.J.-based MAX Surgical Speciality Management continued its expansion in Pennsylvania by partnering with Greater Philadelphia Oral Surgery, led by Robert Mogyoros, DMD, and Lebanon & Lancaster Oral Surgery Group, led by James Murphy, DMD.
2. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 acquired Garden Spot Dental Care in New Holland, Pa., and Hempfield Dental Care in Lancaster, Pa.
3. The Woodlands, Texas-based Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers announced plans to open its first office in Pennsylvania.4. Chicago-based Phase 1 Equity made its first addition in Pennsylvania.
