400-practice DSO continues expansion in Texas: 3 observations - Becker’s Dental Review

Here are three observations:

1. Melissa Otero, DMD, will lead the practice. Dr. Otero earned her doctor of dental medicine degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry in San Juan.

2. Dr. Otero completed an internship in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in New York City.

3. Smile Brands supports approximately 400 practices in 16 states under various brand names.
