The deal was made in partnership with private equity firm Harvest Partners, according to a Jan. 16 press release from Mubadala Investment Co.
Mubadala and Harvest Partners will jointly oversee the DSO and work closely with the management team.
Dental Care Alliance supports more than 390 allied practices in 22 states, according to its website.
