Amy Milunas. National Vice President of Operations and Integration of Sonrava Health (Coppell, Texas). Ms. Milunas has also been the vice president of operations and mergers and acquisitions integration of Western Dental, now a Sonrava Health brand, since 2016. She is skilled in practice management, team building and process improvement. Prior to her current roles, Ms. Milunas served as the senior director of operations with Western Dental.
Amy Patterson. Vice President of Revenue Cycle of Rock Dental Brands (Little Rock, Ark.). Ms. Patterson has been the vice president of revenue cycle of Rock Dental Brands since 2015. She helps facilitate the full cycle of dental care from the patient's initial visit until treatment is completed. Ms. Patterson is skilled in project management, leadership and strategic planning.
Andy Woods. Vice President of Innov8 Consulting (Jackson, Miss.). Mr. Woods has been the vice president of Innov8 Consulting, a dental advisory group, since 2021. He has experience in operations, sales and business planning. Mr. Woods and Innov8 Consulting are a part of the National Association of Dental Laboratories.
Adam Richichi. CEO of Dental Associates of Connecticut (Danbury, Conn.). Mr. Richichi has been the CEO of Dental Associates of Connecticut since 2016. He is skilled in management consulting, business strategy and entrepreneurship. Mr. Richichi is also the founding president of Novo Strategy Advisors, a business consulting company.
Andrew Walker. CEO of Oak Lane Dental (Columbus, Ohio). Mr. Walker has been the CEO of Oak Lane Dental since 2017. He has specialties in healthcare operations, strategy consulting, process excellence, startups and nonprofits. Mr. Walker is skilled in data analysis, market research and financial modeling.
Brandon Belford. Vice President of Procurement of Heartland Dental (Effingham, Ill.). Mr. Belford has been the vice president of procurement of Heartland Dental since 2015. He is responsible for oversight and management of all of the subcontracts that are executed by the company's supplier partners. Prior to his current role with Heartland Dental, Mr. Belford served as manager of supplier management and procurement for Boeing.
Andrew Luccio, DMD. Owner and Dentist of Capron Family Dentistry (Attleboro, Mass.). Dr. Luccio is the owner and a practicing dentist at Capron Family Dentistry. He also owns five other practices throughout Massachusetts. In addition to his practice, Dr. Luccio is a co-founder of Bonita Practice Solutions, a doctor-led DSO.
Aaron Schwartz, DDS. Owner and Dentist of Schwartz Family Dentistry (Smyrna, Ga.). Dr. Schwartz has been the owner and a dentist at Schwartz Family Dentistry since opening in 2009. He has specialities in pediatric dentistry and preventive health. Dr. Schwartz is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Georgia Society of Pediatric Dentistry, the Georgia Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
Ashley Spooner, DDS. Owner and Dentist of Falcon Park Dental Group (Highlands Ranch, Colo.). Dr. Spooner is the owner and a dentist at Falcon Park Dental Group. In addition to general dentistry, she is a sleep medicine provider. Dr. Spooner has experience in practice management, leadership and cosmetic dentistry.
