Three DSOs have recently entered deals involving investments or property sales amounting to $36.1 million.
Three deals to know:
1. Four Corners Property Trust, a real estate investment trust, acquired an Aspen Dental property in New Mexico for $1.9 million.
2. Four Corners Property Trust purchased a Heartland Dental property in South Carolina for $2.2 million.
3. Reno, Nev.-based DSO Bluetree Dental received a $32 million investment from private equity firm Clairvest Group.
