The management services organization affiliated with Elevation Implant Services in McLean, Va., and Integrative Oral & Facial Surgery, which has locations in McLean, Va., and Gaithersburg, Md.
Allied OMS supports 65 doctors and more than 50 locations in California, Colorado, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
