Private equity-backed DSO acquires 1st practice

Hudson Dental Partners, a new DSO serving the Northeastern market, has acquired its first practice.

The practice is in the Greater Binghamton area of New York, Hudson Dental Partners told Becker’s via email.

Hudson Dental Partners is backed by private equity firm Hudson Yards Capital. The DSO was founded by Haim Haviv, who is also the CEO, according to a May 23 news release from the DSO.
