California
Frisco, Texas-based Bond Orthodontic Partners added Kirk Orthodontics in Petaluma, Calif.
Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners added Crane Mountain Dental, which has locations in Lakeview, Ore., and Alturas, Calif. It also affiliated with Lake Dental in Palm Springs, Calif.
Orange, Calif.-based Western Dental opened offices in Woodland and Arroyo Grande, Calif.
San Francisco-based Image Specialty Partners added Lowe Orthodontics in Fresno, Calif.
Southlake, Texas-based Allied OMS affiliated with Peninsula Center Dental Implants & Oral Surgery in Daly City, Calif.
Florida
Lakeside Dental Management opened an ASC in Jacksonville, Fla.
Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental opened an office in The Villages, Fla. It also acquired Kendall Dental Care in Miami.
Brentwood, Tenn.-based Marquee Dental Partners added the offices of Mark Damerau, DMD, John Ledakis, DDS, in Palm Beach and Alafaya Family Dentistry in Orlando.
Miami-based Guardian Dentistry Partners added Cove Dental Care in Panama City, Fla.
Indiana
Tempe, Ariz.-based Gen4 Dental Partners added Allure Dental in Lafayette, Ind.
Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Orthodontic Partners added Gorman & Bunch Orthodontics, which has nine locations in the state.
Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners affiliated with Maple City Dentistry in LaPorte, Ind.
Morrisville, N.C.-based Affordable Care opened an office in Fishers, Ind.
