Real estate investment company Four Corners Property Trust acquired an Aspen Dental and WellNow Urgent Care dual-tenet property for $3.3 million.
The property is located in a retail corridor in New York, and the two businesses have a long-term net lease, according to an Aug. 3 news release.
Four Corners Property Trust also acquired an Aspen Dental property in New Mexico in March.
