Private buyers acquired a dual-tenet property that is leased to Aspen Dental and Sleep Number for just over $4 million.
The property is in Bermuda Square, located in Chester, Va., according to an Aug. 23 news release.
The buyers were represented by Colliers, an investment management company that operates in 65 countries.
