Southlake, Texas-based Phase 1 Equity was launched in September 2022 through a collaboration between investment firm DuneGlass Capital and two Colorado-based practices.
The company aims to help entrepreneurial orthodontists and pediatric dentists improve their operational and economic performance.

1. Kristen Cusack was appointed CEO in October 2022.
2. Phase1 Equity added its first Texas practice in June.
