Pacific Dental Services Foundation awards $70K+ in scholarships to dental assisting students

Irvine, Calif.-based Pacific Dental Services recently awarded more than $70,000 in scholarships to dental assisting students.

Eighteen students were selected as Fall 2023 Dr. Carolyn Ghazal Dental Assistant Scholarship recipients, according to an Oct. 11 news release shared with Becker’s. 

The DSO awards scholarships on a quarterly basis based on criteria such as financial need and career aspirations. It previously gave out $70,000 in scholarships to 17 dental assistant students in July.
