The DSO added Esthetic & Implant Dentistry, led by Hal Arnold, DMD, according to an Oct. 23 news release from the company.
The addition is United Dental Corporation’s third in Georgia and 13th in total since launching its practice acquisition strategy in October 2022.
The entire process took less than six weeks, according to Dr. Arnold.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, the release said.
