Dallas-based MB2 Dental has made several moves this year to expand its network, reaching 600 practices over the summer.
Here are six notable moves from the dental partnership organization during 2023:
1. MB2 Dental added 70 new partner practices and three de novo locations during the first half of 2023.
2. The company secured a delayed-draw term loan of $150 million and raised $20 million through an internal investment fundraiser from its doctor partners. The funds will be used to continue expanding its network through practice acquisitions.
3. MB2 Dental partnered with 11 dental practices in August and also opened its 600th practice.
4. The organization added Simon Dentistry in Bowling Green, Ky.
5. MB2 Dental added its first practice in Wisconsin by partnering with Eastridge Dental.
6. MB2 Dental most recently partnered with Haystack to create Cerebro, an intranet platform to streamline communications.
