Lone Peak Dental Group gains investments from BlackRock, Texas health system

Denver-based Lone Peak Dental Group recently received an investment from BlackRock and Houston-based Memorial Hermann Health System, PE Hub reported Jan. 31.

Lone Peak Dental Group is a pediatric dentistry-focused DSO supporting 69 offices in 13 states. 

Memorial Hermann Health System also invested in the DSO as part of the deal, PE Hub reported.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
