The DSO added Endo Health Group, which provides endodontic services in Georgia and Louisiana; Optimus Endo, which provides endodontic services in Virginia and Maryland; and Periodontics Health Group, which provides periodontic services in Georgia, Florida and South Carolina.
The new additions expand Pacific Dental Services’ specialty ownership model in which dentists can own their own practice with the financial support of the DSO. PDS’ specialty model also allows patients to access specialty care in the same office as their general dentist, according to an April 4 news release.
Pacific Dental Services is one of the largest DSOs in the U.S., supporting nearly 1,000 offices in 24 states.
