Dallas-based MB2 Dental has been named a winner of two Stevie Awards and a winner in D CEO's 2024 Mergers and Acquisitions Awards program.
Chris Villanueva, DMD, the company's founder and CEO, was named a gold Stevie Award winner in the category of Best Entrepreneur, Health Products and Services. MB2 Dental received a silver award for the Company of the Year, Health Products and Services, Large category, according to a May 22 news release.
There were more than 700 nominations from organizations across all industries this year. The Stevie Awards are part of the Annual American Business Awards.
The dental partnership organization also won in the deals category of the D CEO 2024 Mergers and Acquisitions Awards. In 2023, MB2 Dental acquired 150 new dental practices.
The D CEO awards recognize impactful acquisitions, mergers and other transactions in North Texas.
MB2 Dental supports more than 700 practices across 41 states, the release said.
