Phoenix Oral and Facial Surgery is led by Alexander Kim, MD, DDS, according to a July 29 news release shared with Becker’s.
The new partnership marks Allied OMS’ entry into Arizona and is the company’s first acquisition since it closed on a $116 million credit facility in May.
Allied OMS Founder and CEO Daniel Hosler told Becker’s the credit facility will continue to fuel the company’s growth through 2024.
“We have a pipeline of newly graduated, and soon to be graduating residents who would love to own their own practice but need help in getting it off the ground,” Mr. Hosler said. “We will announce more doctors joining the network, more satellites in existing states and more practices officially partnering with Allied OMS, just like Dr. Kim, in the remainder of the year.”
Allied OMS supports more than 60 doctors in Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
