PDS Foundation donates mobile dental clinic to High Point U dental school

The Pacific Dental Services Foundation donated its mobile clinic to the High Point (N.C.) University Workman School of Dental Medicine.

PDS Foundation volunteers used the mobile clinic from 2013 to 2020, serving more than 5,700 patients and providing more than $4 million in dental care and treatments. 

High Point University will partner with a medical provider in the state and offer free dental and medical care to underserved populations.

The university is the only private dental school in North Carolina and is set to welcome its inaugural class of dental students in the fall, the release said.
