ProSmile expands into Midwest with latest acquisition

Toms River, N.J.-based DSO ProSmile recently expanded its network into the Midwest after acquiring Destiny Dental.

Destiny Dental has offices in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin.

ProSmile, which was founded in December 2020, is backed by TriSpan, a middle-market private equity firm. The DSO supports more than 100 locations.
