Retail center with an Aspen Dental sells for $26M

A shopping center in Kernersville, N.C., that includes an Aspen Dental practice was sold for $26 million, according to a Sept. 9 report by Connect CRE.

The 74,558-square-foot center also has tenants including Lowes Food, Jersey Mike’s Subs and Pet Supermarket. 

Deep River Partners purchased the center, which was developed by Barclay Group in 2017.
