1. Henderson, Nev.-based PDS Health opened two de novo practices in California. 

2. Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners affiliated with Tahoe City, Calif.-based North Tahoe Dental. It also added Bruce Mitchell Family Dentistry in Medford, Ore.

3. Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental added Grandridge Dental in Kennewick, Wash.
