Top 10 states for DSO/Group Practice affiliated dentists by percentage

The rates of affiliation of dentists into group practices continues to accelerate. According to data from DSO DataCONNECT, three states are showing 40+ percentage affiliation rates, and an additional 12 states have rates in the 30+ range.
