2. The DSO was supported by Aligned Dental, a dental consulting firm, during its formation.
3. The partnership model allows dentists to retain their clinical autonomy, financial control and ownership stakes.
4. The company’s executive team and board of directors are all dentist founders and entrepreneurs.
