1. Since launching Altima Dental, Dr. Grail has grown the dental organization into a team of more than 325 professionals, supporting 30 locations.
2. Dr. Grail also works with CEOs and deans of various dental school groups to develop programs that make dentistry more accessible in underserved communities.
3. He established the Altima Dental Student Services Centre at the University of Toronto. The facility assists students with the skills to work with disabled children and young adults.
4. Along with creating a dental service organization, Dr. Gail co-founded the Altima St. Appollonia Foundation, which provides free restorative and cosmetic dentistry to women recovering from abusive environments.
5. Dr. Grail also serves as the Association of Dental Support Organizations’ treasurer.
