1. As CFO, Mr. Franklin is responsible for supporting payroll, finance, accounts payment and accounting team initiatives.
2. He first joined Heartland Dental in 2004 as the executive of general management. He quickly began moving up in the company, serving as executive vice president of development before being named CFO.
3. As executive vice president, Mr. Franklin oversee 150-plus affiliated dentists and oversaw the construction of 170 new offices. Now Heartland Dental is partnered with more than 800 dental practices.
4. Mr. Franklin spent time serving as chief investment officer for Workman Family Office and Professional Resource Development.
5. Mr. Franklin earned his master of business administration degree from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston.
