1. Dr. Villanueva began his career working as an associate dentist. He then began working as an associate dentist trainer and mentor before being an advocate for dentist-focused practice models.
2. While being CEO of one of the largest dentist-owned dental service organizations, Dr. Villanueva still practices chair =side dentistry.
3. He regularly visits with young dentists out of school to guide them through different career options.
4. Dr. Villanueva earned his doctor of dental medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Davie, Fla.
