Here are eight specialty-focused DSOs that have expanded their networks since May:
1. Houston-based Specialty1 Partners added a new joint venture partnership with Periodontal Associates, which has two locations in Ohio.
2. Chesterfield, Mo.-based Oral Surgery Partners added practices in Georgia, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Kansas and Missouri.
3. Phoenix-based SALT Dental Partners partnered with MyOrthodontist, which has 14 locations throughout North Carolina.
4. Franklin, Tenn.-based Specialized Dental Partners partnered with Southern Roots Periodontics and Dental Implant Specialists.
5. Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Vitana Pediatric & Orthodontic Partners partnered with Tara Gostovich Orthodontics in Marlboro, N.J. The organization also added its first Maryland practice.
6. Hackensack, N.J.-based MAX Surgical Specialty Management entered two new partnerships in Pennsylvania, expanding its network to 12 locations.
7. Little Rock, Ark.-based Rock Dental Brands achieved record growth during the first half of 2026, adding nine providers and six practices to its network.
8. Chicago-based Phase 1 Equity added a multilocation orthodontic practice in Texas, its third practice addition of 2026.
