ADSO creates program to connect graduates with DSOs

The Association of Dental Support Organizations has launched a campaign to provide dental school students and recent graduates with opportunities to partner with a DSO.

The “DSO Difference” campaign offers resources and information on DSOs for practicing dentists as well as job search tools to help new graduates decide on career paths, according to a Sept. 13 news release shared with Becker’s

The campaign’s website includes a DSO matchmaker tool that can be filtered by location and specialty, video testimonials from practicing dentists who are partnered with a DSO, tips on what to ask during the job search and information on the benefits of DSOs. 

The ADSO hopes that the campaign will boost growth in the dental workforce and improve access and quality of care.

The members of the organization support more than 11,000 dentists, the release said.
