Southlake, Texas-based Allied OMS has acquired four oral surgery practices in Indiana and Texas, according to a July 2 report from PE Hub.
The oral and maxillofacial MSO made its first addition in Indiana by acquiring Oral Surgery of Michiana, which has practices in South Bend and Elkhart, Ind.
The organization also expanded its Texas network by adding Heart of Texas Oral Surgery in Austin, North Austin Oral Surgery and Kerrville Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
In June, the company received its first capital investment to expand service offerings, expand its network and scale operations.
Since launching in 2020, Allied OMS has grown its network to more than 50 practices across 13 states, the report said.
