Aspen Dental stopped in Austin, Texas, Oct. 8 on its nationwide mobile dental tour that’s offering free services for veterans, local NBC affiliate KXAN reports.

The bus is fully staffed with Aspen Dental hygienists and dentists who are prepared to treat local veterans, their spouses and caregivers.

One patient, Jerrod Green, served in the Army for six years and saw a flyer for the mobile clinic and didn’t hesitate to come and receive free dental care.

“I’m overdue,” Jerrod Green told KXAN. “Dental is always a thing that you need. Just to come out here and get it for free…It’s a blessing.”

Aspen Dental’s MouthMobile program is providing oral health services on an eighteen-stop tour. Representatives said they typically see 25 to 30 patients per stop.
