The dental practice management company acquired Downers Grove, Ill.-based Richard Patelski DDS Family and General Dentistry. Dr. Patelski’s practice has been open since 1981 and offers general, implant and cosmetic dentistry.

Founded in 2006, Cherry Tree is the one of the largest general dentistry providers in Wisconsin, with 33 locations in 10 Wisconsin cities and Downers Grove, Ill. The organization employs an acquisition and office consolidation strategy dedicated to small, one- or two-dentist practices.

In February, Miami-based ICV Partners, a leading investment firm that focuses on lower middle market companies, made a majority investment in Cherry Tree Dental.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
