1. With 30 years of experience working with health plans, Mr. Verna will be responsible for overseeing provider services and activities for the group of companies.
2. Most recently, Mr. Verna served as a consultant to TriWest, HealthNet and Kaiser to assist with provider network development and operations.
3. Mr. Verna led Blue Shield of California’s provider services operations group, where he was responsibility for relationship building and developing specialized provider networks.
