Sarasota, Fla.-based Dental Care Alliance launched its Women of DCA employee resource group to support the personal and professional development of women in the dental field.
Women of DCA will provide resources and opportunities for women to grow within the field and give back to communities. The group will also work to support overall wellness and recognize the contributions of women at the company, according to an Aug. 26 news release.
Dental Care Alliance is one of the largest DSOs in the U.S., supporting more than 400 affiliated practices and 900 dentists in 24 states.
