Through the NextLevel Doctors Group, dental practice owners can join together to form their own group that is then sold to a private equity firm, according to an Aug. 2 news release shared with Becker’s. Each practitioner will also receive NextLevel Practice’s coaching on leadership, team unity and profitability. The coaching firm will also help practitioners educate patients on the oral-systemic connection.
NextLevel Founder Gary Kadi said the company was initially against DSOs but began to see the benefits after working with consulting clients.
