Dental subscription service raises $66M to grow DSO services

Membersy, a dental subscription service, gained a $66 million investment from growth equity firm Spectrum Equity, which will enable the company to expand its services for DSOs, the company said Sept. 27.

The Austin, Texas-based company provides dental subscription management and billing services to DSOs of all sizes. It operates in 41 states and has nearly 1 million members across 4,000 practice locations.

The company also added three members to its board: Chad Wise, DDS, a former founding partner of Pittsburgh-based DSO North American Dental Group; Keith English, co-founder and former CEO of LocalMed, an online dental scheduling platform; and Jeff Haywood, managing director at Spectrum Equity.
