DSOs kick off 2026: 5 notable moves

Several DSOs have already gotten the jump on practice acquisitions this year. 

Five updates since Jan. 1:

1. Minneapolis-based Park Dental Partners acquired two general dentistry practices, including its first practice in Arizona. 

2. Chicago-based Phase 1 Equity added a multi-site orthodontic practice in Ohio to its network.

3. Dallas-based MB2 Dental added a practice in Denver to its network.

4. Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management partnered with Hidemi Oka, DMD, in Union City, Calif.

5. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Premier Care Dental Management acquired a dental practice in Toledo, Ohio.
