1. Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners partnered with Gresham (Ore.) Smile Designs and Alexander Dental in St. Augustine, Fla.
2. Southlake, Texas-based Allied OMS added its first New Jersey practice.
3. Chicago-based Aspen Dental opened several locations in Texas, Washington, Utah and Wyoming.
4. Louisville, Ky.-based Mortenson Dental Partners added its first practice in Missouri.
5. Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental selected Dentira as the enterprise lab management platform for its network of supported practices.
6. Vancouver, Wash.-based Mosaic Dental Collective chose VideaHealth as its enterprise-wide AI platform.
7. Salt Lake City-based Nuvia Dental Implant Center expanded its network with a new location in California.
8. Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental launched the Orahh Care Dental Community for its dentists.
9. Phoenix-based Salt Dental Partners added a Washington dental practice to its network.
10. Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management secured a partnership with Northern Virginia Oral, Maxillofacial & Implant Surgery.
11. Henderson, Nev.-based PDS Health added SOTA Cloud, a cloud-based dental imaging platform, across more than 1,000 of its dental practices.
12. Minneapolis-based Park Dental Partners announced its initial public offering of 1,535,000 shares of its common stock at the price of $13 per share.
