Florida retail center with an Aspen Dental sells for $59M

Supermarket chain Publix purchased a shopping center in Coral Springs, Fla. that includes an Aspen Dental, for $58.5 million, according to a May 23 report by Commercial Observer.

The 157,914-square-foot center’s tenants also include Publix, Ross Dress for Less, Men’s Wearhouse, Starbucks, T-Mobile, Five Below, the UPS Store and Wings Plus.

Private equity firm Apollo Global Management purchased the retail center in 2019 for $21 million.

Aspen Dental supports more than 1,000 practices across the country.
