Dntl Bar will consolidate its operations to its flagship location in the city. Founder Ben Elchami and its four current dentists will be retained, according to an April 10 news release from Freedom Dental Partners.
Dntl Bar, founded in 2019, has 15,000 active patients and an annual revenue of more than $8 million.
Freedom Dental Partners supports more than 350 practices across 42 states.
The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, the release said.
