GPS Dental acquires 3 practices in Q1

Jonesboro, Ark.-based GPS Dental has partnered with three dental practices across three states during the first quarter of 2021.

The three new additions are ADC of Joplin (Mo.), Nashville, Tenn.-based Hermitage Dental Group and Ardmore, Okla.-based Walnut Ranch Dental Spa.

Founded in 2015, GPS Dental manages 20 dental practices in Arkansas, Indiana, Tennessee, Missouri and Oklahoma. In December 2020, The Firmament Group, a firm providing tailored debt and equity capital solutions to small- and medium-sized enterprises, invested in the DSO.
