How entrepreneurial DSOs are growing in 2025

Here are nine updates on DSOs with fewer than 100 offices expanding their networks and gaining new funding this year:

1. Irving, Texas-based Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics opened a new office in Westminster, Colo.

2. Southlake, Texas-based Allied OMS received a minority investment to expand its service offerings, complete acquisitions and scale operations. The company also added three oral surgery practices to its network.

3. Chicago-based Phase 1 Equity added a Texas orthodontic practice to its network. It also entered Tennessee with the acquisition of a multi-location orthodontic practice.

4. Hackensack, N.J.-based Max Surgical Specialty Management secured a $77 million senior credit facility to fuel the company’s growth and expansion.

5. Dana Point, Calif.-based Silver Creek Dental Partners closed a debt financing agreement with Ivy Asset Group, a private credit firm. 

6. Sarasota, Fla.-based Parkview Dental Partners acquired a Florida dental practice, reaching 25 total practices in its network.

7. Woodbridge, N.J.-based ProSmile acquired a dental practice in Neptune, N.J.

8. Denver-based Lone Peak Dental Group expanded its network into Georgia with the acquisition of two Vital Smiles offices.

9. Cincinnati-based Cordental Group added Williamsburg Dental in Broomall, Pa., hitting 45 offices.
