The DSO added Rachel Johnson & Associates, led by Rachel Johnson, DMD, to its network, according to a Dec. 19 news release.
The practice was founded by Dr. Johnson in 2006 and offers general dentistry and cosmetic services.
Innovate 32 was launched by Shore Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, in July.
The DSO partners with dental practices throughout the South and Mid-Atlantic regions, the release said.
